Okay (partially inspired by this thread) I finally got around to getting all the Invisibles trades.  I tried the series when it originally came out, but found it too "off" for me back then.  However, I'm ready to give it another go now, and since this time I already own the full story, it will be an incentive to keep going, no matter how weird it gets.

I also just got a copy of the Grant Morrison: The Early Years, but haven't yet bought the Anarchy book.

In the meantime, in order to prepare myself for this series, I've been reading some of Grant Morrison's other work:
- Doctor Who
- Seaguy & Seaguy Slaves of Mickey Eye
- Sebastian O
- Vimanarama

I believe that I'll re-read Kid Eternity and Flex Mentallo (it's been quite awhile since I last read either) tonight and start on his run on Doom Patrol (which I conveniently bound in hardcover) afterwards.

And then, The Invisibles.

I fully anticipate that by this time next week I won't know what is real or what is a Morrison induced hallucination.
