What is it that people like about George Klein's inks, anyway? I always felt that he was too heavy-handed, and unlike other heavy inkers (like Anderson or Joe Sinnott), he produced a finished product that I thought looked a little blurry. I could say the same about Syd Shores, over at Marvel, who also seems to have a lot of admirers, but whose inks I also always failed to see much merit in. But I'm a sucker for a sharp, crisp style.

Ah, the meek. Playing the long game.
Sneaky bastards.
