1) Superman from Action Comics #1

I don't think I have.

I'll have to give it a read the next time I flip through my friend's DC archives

2) Batman from Detective Comics #27

4 or 5 years ago in a friends Batman Archives

Ehh. Never been much of a Batman fan

3) Spider-Man from Amazing Fantasy #15

The late 80's, in Origins of Marvel comics

Was cool to finally read at the time, after growing up watching Spiderman cartoons.

4) Fantastic Four #1

Same as above

Lived up to the hype. I'd always heard that the FF was a real phenomenon back in the 60's, and reading this and the other FF stories in "Origins" I could see why.

5) Batman (new look) from Detective Comics #327

I haven't

Again, not much of a Batman guy.

6) Green Lantern/Green Arrow #76

Pretty sure I haven't, although I know I've at least read snippets of the series

I plan to give this and the rest of the series a read at some point

7) Superboy (and the LSH) from Adventure Comics #247

I haven't

Doubt I'll ever read this one. I have a hard time with silver age DC.

8) Avengers #4

Sometime during the late 80's or early 90's. Not sure where I read it

Seemed pretty awesome when I first read it. After reading the preceding issues (although I had read #1 previously) in the first Avengers Essential it's even better. If I ever somehow strike it rich, I will be adding a good copy of this comic to my collection.

9) The Brave and the Bold #28

About 4 years ago in the first JLA Showcase book

I was pretty underwhelmed.

10) Avengers #16

Back in 04 in the first Avengers Essential book. Possibly before then, but I'm not sure.

I knew about the era of Cap's Kooky Quartet so it wasn't a surprise to me. It begins an important part of Avengers history. Classic book

11) X-Men #1

The late 80's, in Son of Origins of Marvel Comics

I've always dug the original X-men team, and although I can see why the series got canceled, the first issue is pretty good. It was neat to see the X-men before Wolverine, Collossus, Nightcrawler, etc when I was a kid.

12) Thor from Journey Into Mystery #83

The late 80's, in Origins of Marvel Comics

I had been a huge mythology nerd since 2nd grade. I liked the concept of Thor a lot, but I found the first story to be kind of hoky.

13) Supergirl from Action Comics #252

I haven't

I'll probably pass on reading this one.

14) Captain America (origin story) from Captain America Comics #1

The late 80's or early 90's, not sure where (probably in annual or something like that).

I'm not sure exactly when and where I read this, but I know anytime I'd come across a GA reprint as a kid (which was quite rare) it was always a WOW moment for me. For some reason that old style art always made me feel like I was looking at something ancient and important. None more so, than the origin piece from Captain America 1. I of course knew the story, but finally seeing that Kirby and Simon piece with my own eyes was a special moment for me as a comics fan. Another book I would immediately seek out for my collection if I became a multimillionaire.

As one can probably tell, I'm more or less a complete Marvel Zombie when it comes to the classics.
