I enjoyed Supernovas. Didn't love Ramos parts of it, but REALLY enjoyed Bachalo's artwork.
As for older stuff, (solicited but not yet released) you can't go wrong with either Mutant Massacre or Asgardian Wars. Both of these were solid stories, though AW is more self-contained.
How long can it be before Fall of the Mutants (the "non-crossover" crossover) and "X-Tinction Agenda" are solicited? These are the last X-Men crossovers for me for a LONG time. It was a while before I cared about X-Men again thanks to Grant Morrison.
