When Perez returned to DC from CrossGen for JLA/Avengers (and the huge sales success that it was), sales picked up, and there was demand for additional material. I think that was also about the time his Wonder Woman was also being collected. Prompting the other volumes to come out at greater frequency. Maybe "resurgence" would have been a better word than "steady."

Most Archives don't have creators who are still very active creating new material today which can influence sales. With JLA/Avengers selling over 150,000, if just 1% decided to buy a Archive, that's a significant swing.

In early 2006, I was originally booked to Recolor TEEN TITANS Archives v2. (It even showed up as an early listing on Amazon). But after comparing the sales numbers of TT with NTT at end of 2005, they decided to change it to NTT v3 instead.
