When this was adapted as a cartoon for the 1967 Hanna-Barbera FANTASTIC FOUR tv show, they changed the ending, so that "Triton" (Namor was licensed to Grantray-Lawrence at the time, sheesh) did find out the FF had helped, and was grateful to them. (Mike Road, the voice of Race Bannon on JONNY QUEST, did the voice of "Triton".)
