My Recent Posts
Marvel was publishing giant monster stories and sci-fi stories of alien invasions. Fantastic Four #1 had been pubished earlier, a book in which a group of plainsclothes folks fought a giant monster. My birth month they put out Fantastic Four #2 where those same four plainclothes folk halt an alien invation. They also published their other usual titles that featured people fighting a bunch of giant monster, though their monster title Tales to Astonish #27 featured a twist on that theme. Instead of giant monsters it had the story of a man who shrunk himself down and soon he was facing danger in an ant hill...
