There were parts I liked.

On the first arc:

I liked his depictions of Hal and Roy.

I didn't like the giant waste of time that was the Trinity picking the team. I understand the symbolism he was going for, that the League is organic, and not subject to the whim of a few and all that, but so much pagetime was spent on them picking people out for no use whatsoever. It was just a huge waste of time and pagespace.

I like Ed Benes' art, he draws a great Hal. He does need to work on his females faces though. Kathy and Black Canary looked identical, and scenes with either were confusing as it took a while to establish which one it was. This sucked a lot of the impact out of some of the Reddy scenes, you weren't sure who we were looking at.

And even Reddy's saga was unfulfilling. The whole arc was, ultimately, a waste of time. Pointless.
