Good old Roy......no way he's gonna discard those Golden Age tales. You gotta love HIS love for the GA stuff.
Still, I have never agreed with the retconning of Captain America of the 50s......and having the original Cap go into ice in the 40s......I just would've had him frozen in 1955, and said the heck with all of those other Captain Americas. Just stick with one.
Still...minor point. Overall, Roy Thomas and co. did a pretty amazing job of tying the Golden and Silver and Bronze ages together......
