I'm content with the book as it is and I can still read all of these other stories in their own Masterworks/Omniboos.

Well, sure, so can I, but the idea of having all those "in-between" appearances collected in one volume, forming a chronological history of ol' Greenskin, appeals to the fanboy in me. And I wouldn't have to flip through 4 or 5 different Masterworks volumes to enjoy them. Just thought it would have made the Omnibus a bit more unique versus the respective Hulk Masterworks volumes. I mean, what's the real appeal of buying the Omnibus if you already own the MWs, other than the larger size and (possibly) better reproduction? And while I wouldn't suggest this approach for Iron Man, Thor, etc, the Hulk is a bit unique compared to Marvel's other main Silver Age characters, in that Stan attempted to keep him in play even after his initial series was cancelled, using him prominently in other books during those 18 months. Huh. As someone who goes to great lengths to bind their own volumes, with chronological appearance maps and such, I'd have thought the idea would have appealed to you, HR.
