Perhaps I expressed myself unclearly.

I am not debating the legality. I am 100% in agreement that what she is doing is illegal. I've had to read enough copyright/trademark discussions to know what's illegal and what isn't. What she's doing is clearly illegal.

However, I do not think what she is doing is im*moral*. I do not believe legal = moral in this case. (Or in many other trademark scenarios. I believe intellectual property laws are among the worst implemented laws in western civilization.)
