"Why would they do that? The line I have been buying and invested in is JLA: The Deluxe Edition. It doesn't say Grant Morrison's JLA: The Deluxe Edition. " Well, I cancel you out. The only reason I'm buying this is because of Morrison and I'm glad they ...

I would LOVE to see a quarterly Captain Marvel/Marvel Family Omnibus series!!! If it takes scans to make it happen, I can live with that as I currently am with the Mary Marvel fanzines. Greg

There are quite a few gaps in DC's Print Library -- writers and staff through the years (this was many, many years ago) borrowed volumes that were never returned. But there are usually other sources for reprint material. I think DC actually did have ...

Had the oversized format been around at the time of the Kirby Challengers release, I bet DC would have chosen to release a large done-in-one instead of the 2 undersized books. I think, believe it or not, it all came down to a lack of confidence. ...

"Really expensive color Showcases in hardcover" Sounds good! When I mentioned access to material, I meant the Fawcett stuff. I assume that DC has every Superman story, but I have no idea what their inventory of Fawcett comics contains.

To those who would cry bloody murder, consider these potential books Golden Age Showcases. Really expensive color Showcases in hardcover, but the same basic concept; a lot of material for a (comparatively) reasonable price, without any frills. As for ...

I'd be for a Omni of Captain Marvel's series. The Superman has Archives, assorted trades and other hardcover reprints so Cap only has a couple of Archives and 1 Showcase, Greatest Stories and a few far in between books.
