I mapped out an Annihilation Omnibus a wee while back that included Thanos #7-12, which REALLY should have been included in the original collections (Drax was!): [NB: Page counts include covers, and that the lead-in minis' #4 covers link into a single image]:

Thanos #7-12 (138 pages - this should have been in the standard HCs as much as or more than the Drax mini.)
Drax the Destroyer #1-4 (93 pages)
Annihilation Prologue (43 pages)
Ann:Nova #1-4 (98 pages)
Ann:Silver Surfer #1-4 (96 pages)
Ann:Ronan #1-4 (93 pages)
Ann:Super-Skrull #1-4 (99 pages)
Annihilation #1-6 (164 pages)
Ann:Heralds of Galactus #1-2 (80 pages)
Total: 766 pages [I didn't bother with the Handbooky Nova Corps Files. Add 48 pages or so if you want that, for ~814 pages]

Not a fan of the idea of bundling Ann: Classic in to bulk out a Conquest Omnibus. ESPECIALLY when Nova v4 #8-12, which feed directly into Conquest #6 (and on to Guardians of the Galaxy) - you missed part of the story if you didn't get them, especially #11-12 - but which weren't included in the individual HCs/TPBs (you may also want to include the Nova Annual in there as well, although I'd be tempted to do it as framing-sequence-only.)

A Conquest Omnibus map should look more like:

Annihilation: Conquest - Prologue (44 pages)
Nova v4 #4-9 (115 pages)
Annihilation: Conquest - Star-Lord #1-4 (92 pages)
Annihilation: Conquest - Wraith #1-4 (92 pages)
Annihilation: Conquest - "Quasar" #1-4 (92 pages)
Annihilation: Conquest #1-4 (97 pages)
Nova v4 #10 (23 pages)
Nova Annual #1 (37 pages... 8 pages if you drop the Nova-specific hallucinations and just summarise)
Nova v4 #11-12 (46 pages)
Annihilation: Conquest #5-6 (60 pages)
TOTAL: 698 pages (669 if you cut-down the Nova Annual).

The exact placement of the Nova issues is a bit tricky, since #10-12 + the Annual effectively run alongside Conquest. Ideally, you'd want the last page of Nova #12 to be the last page before Conquest #6, but taking the break between #4 & #5 is a tad less disruptive.

Yes, yes you did. The ending to Annihilation #4 is more-or-less a direct callback to the ending of Thanos #7 (also by Giffen), IIRC - if you imagine the dialogue from that page over what happens, the "I know" fits so much better, and it adds a lot all by itself. [The later issues are where Giffen debuted his revamped Starlord, and various other things that get referenced in Annihilation: Silver Surfer]

Guardians came out of Conquest, it didn't run alongside. [As I say though, the Nova issues should DEFINITELY be in there]
