My name is HighlandRay and am a Comic Binding Addict.
I was warned by David Banks that this was an addictive hobby when I first started, but I wasn't aware of how addictive it would become. Not content with the large selection of comics that I already have, that I want to bind, of late I've been surfing e-bay looking more comics that I could have bound.
So two pledges for 2006:
I will not go looking for more comics to bind other than the few required to complete my existing collections.
I will stick to the two books a month schedule that I have set myself for 2006.
The bottom line however is that this is the most wonderful way to collect, read and preserve something that is very dear to me and I having my collection in this format is a dream come true.
Thank you David for introducing me to the joy of binding and for all of your help in making it happen.
Anyone else want to confess or take the pledge?
