Here's a few illustration books I look forward to seeing and/or grasping in my greasy mitts in 2010. Anyone else have a list of art/illustration books for next year?

Has IDW's "Classic G.I. Joe #6" (Marvel reprints) been released?

Hey guys - I have a question - "Classic G.I. Joe #6" (Marvel reprints) is on TOW's list of books to be released 12/09/2009. However, even though TOW lists the release as today, the Diamond Previews list doesn't show this title as coming out 12/09/2009.

So, has this actually been released today, and, if so, has anyone actually seen this? And, if it's not scheduled to be released today, when is it supposed to be released? Any info. on this would be great -...

John Byrne's Angel : Blood & Trenches

Id normally never pick up anything to do with the " Buffy Universe " .
Its not that im above it, it's that the world of Buffy just never intrested me.
But i did pick up Angel : Blood & Trenches because it was a Byrne project & ive been a Byrne fan ever since I can remember.
The thing that stands out about this book for me are the un-inked pencils, They are beautiful !
Im about 10 pgs into to this book & I can barely concentrate on the story...

A little vacation has us running late in getting this info out this week, but here it is. The first volume was about the same size as Marvel oversize edition, this second volume is the size of an Absolute!!!

About 2 inches higher and 1 1/2 inches wider!!!!

Does anyone have any new information on this HC from Dark Horse? The solicitations are not clear on what issues of Conan the Barbarian will be included. They just say there will be half of Smith's run on the series. Does this include the Frost Giant's Daughter? How about the Red Sonja comics? Will they be printing the old Marvel covers? Will Vol. 2 include Red Nails? And will we get the running...

Not much this go round. It seems ike every week we get a repackaging of a Vertigo or Wildstorm book and this week we get two: Ex Machina Deluxe Edition Vol. 2 HC, collecting issues 12-20 and Ex Machina Special #1-2, along with Transmetropolitan Vol. 5 New Edition TP.

Instead of camping out at midnight and waiting hours in-line for cheap laptops or TVs, I prefer to do my shopping online-- especially when it comes to comics! While there may be local comic shop sales, I haven't heard of too many online holiday comic sales.

So far, the ones I've heard about include:

- tfaw.com: Their BF sale doesn't start until the 27th but their website lists some pretty good deals when it does: Gaiman Eternals or Stephen King Dark Tower...

I'm hoping someone here can help me out. A friend of mine from NY has a friend in Spain who's brother has some serious health problems. Some years back he had acquired through an auction in England a complete bound set of the British Published (Odhams Press) "Mickey Mouse Weekly" from Feb. 8, 1936 thru to Dec. 28, 1957. The books are professionally bound, and the pages look clean and nice in the scans (I have not seen them).

She has no resource to sell them in...

Any new info on Marshal Law, Sojourn and Ruse Omnibuseseses?

Just did my usual Tuesday morning check of Diamond's items shipping this week. Much to my surprise both Chronicles of Kull: A King Comes Riding and the Chronicles of Solomon Kane are on the list for this week. Kull is a week early, Kane is a month early!! Nice to have them coming so early (IF they do indeed show up this week at my LCS...always a big if!!) Good thing I checked Diamond so...
